Current role

Allison Rodriguez is the SHOW Research Program Manager. In her role she works with researchers to design and implement new population health studies using the SHOW infrastructure and cohorts, and leads the SHOW Shared Resource, a partnership between SHOW and the UW Carbone Cancer Center.

Past experience

Allison previously worked on the SHOW data team, as the pilot study coordinator for the SHOW the Latino Community Health Survey in Milwaukee, and as the ancillary study coordinator. Allison has long supported SHOW’s community engagement efforts in the City of Milwaukee and worked to build partnerships with established community organizations and participants there. Prior to working for SHOW, Allison spent several years working in community health with the Early Childhood Initiative on the south side of Madison, and in the Peace Corps as a Health Education Volunteer in Nicaragua.
