Current role
Jodi Barnet’s role is to provide statistical support to SHOW’s internal and external investigators by generating analytic data sets, analyzing data and preparing output reports, and reviewing manuscripts and grants as needed.
Past experience
She has broad experience with analyzing epidemiologic studies and clinical trials at the University of Wisconsin. She has worked as a biostatistician with the Wisconsin Sleep Cohort (a longitudinal cohort studying sleep apnea on a general population), with the Department of Family Medicine on the MEPARI trial (a randomized trial on the effects of mediation or exercise on respiratory illness), with the Geriatric Research Education and Clinical Center (supporting pilot phase randomized trials on Alzheimer’s Disease), and the Statistical Data Analysis Center (as an independent contractor supporting phase 2 and 3 clinical trials in cardiovascular disease).
